The "Team Info" tab summarizes the Team data.
Edit Team Info
Open the "Edit Team Info" form.
Change Team Logo
Change the logo used on the team's main page.
Send Team to Recycle Bin /
Retrieve Team from Recycle Bin
Send the team data to the Recycle Bin to delete the changes. Published team will be unaffected. If already in the Recycle Bin, this will retrieve the data and re-assign it to the current contributor.
View Published Team
View currently published team information. Disabled when adding a new team.
Send Team To Publishing Queue / Publish Team Immediately
Send the team data to the Publishing Queue once all changes to the team are complete. If you have publishing privileges, you can publish the team data immediately.
Go to Publishing Queue
Navigate to the Publishing Queue page.
Return to Main Admin Page
Navigate back to the main menu.
Team Name
Name of the team. This is the text used to link to the team page from tournaments and listings.
Team Acronym
Used in search and autocomplete functionality as an additional way to return this team in its results.
Company
The company that owns and/or operates this team.
Sponsored Team?
Used to distinguish between a sponsored team with financial backing and a clan/group of friends.
Description
The description of the team. This is used to supplement the information on the team in paragraph form. The Parsedown language can be used to format the text.
Hide Team
Indicates whether or not the team is hidden on the site. Hidden games are not viewable in the public areas of the site, and is excluded from calculations. Useful for hiding duplicate games and malicious additions, and can be made visible again if need be.
Summary of Changes
Describes the changes made to this particular revision of the data.
The "Rosters" tab summarizes all known rosters that their players.
Edit
Open the "Edit Squad", "Add Game To Squad" and "Add Player To Squad" forms.
Delete
This will delete the respective squad. If the squad was published, you will have the option to undo the action.
Undo
If a published squad was deleted, this will undo that action.
Squad Name
Name of the squad, usually the competitive scene the squad is involved with.
Squad Acronym
Some competitive scenes may show a different acronym than the Team Acronym. This distinguishes it.
Squad Suffix
Suffix attached to the squad name.
Use Team Name?
On listings where the squad name would be shown, check this box to show the Team Name instead.
Create Date
Date in which the squad was first formed or announced to the public.
Disband Date
Date in which all players on the squad were released, or the last known operating date.
Player
The player associated with the squad. Click on
Select Player... to open the Player Selection Box where you can search for and select a player.
Join Date
Date in which the player joined the squad. When selecting squads for tournament earnings, the players can be auto-detected based on the join and leave dates as well as the tournament's End Date. A player can be recorded joining a squad multiple times by using a different join date each time.
Leave Date
Date in which the player left the squad. When selecting squads for tournament earnings, the players can be auto-detected based on the join and leave dates as well as the tournament's End Date. If left blank, it is assumed the player is part of the current roster.
Player/Squad Reference URL
The webpage on which evidence of the player joining or leaving the squad has been published.
(Edit Player Squad Data)
Opens the "Edit Player In Squad" form where the respective player's data is copied into the fields to be modified. Also allows more references to be associated with the player.
(Remove Player From Roster)
This will delete the respective player from the squad.
The References tab allows you to view and modify references that provide evidence of the data's legitimacy. References associated with specific tournament results should be added to their respective tournament or event data, not in the team data.

The webpage on which evidence of the team's information has been published.
Reliable Source?
Indicates whether or not the provided reference can be considered reliable.
