Image Info

The "Image Info" tab summarizes the image data.

Options

  • Edit Image Info
    Open the "Edit Image Info" form.

  • Send Image to Recycle Bin / Retrieve Image from Recycle Bin
    Send the image data to the Recycle Bin to delete the changes. Published image will be unaffected. If already in the Recycle Bin, this will retrieve the data and re-assign it to the current contributor.

  • View Published Image
    View currently published image information. Disabled when adding a new image.

  • Send Image To Publishing Queue / Publish Image Immediately
    Send the image data to the Publishing Queue once all changes to the image are complete. If you have publishing privileges, you can publish the image data immediately.

  • Go to Publishing Queue
    Navigate to the Publishing Queue page.

  • Return to Main Admin Page
    Navigate back to the main menu.

Edit Image Info

  • Image Filename
    Filename of the image on the server. This can only be modified on new, unpublished images.

  • License
    The type of license associated with the image. Select the license issued by the author or the license closely resembling that of what the author intended. If there is justification to claim fair use/fair dealing with a copyright image, select "None (Fair Use/Fair Dealing)". If the copyright holder of an image is a defunct organization, select "Defunct (Fair Use/ Fair Dealing)". If the copyright holder has published an article or document that outlines how third-parties can use their work that can be applied to its usage on Esports Earnings, select "Copyright Holder's Usage Policy".

  • Photo Taken Date
    For player photos only. The date the photograph was taken.

  • Credit Name
    The name of the person or company that owns the image.

  • Credit URL
    The website of the person or company that owns the image.

  • Details
    The details of the image. This is used to supplement the information on the image in paragraph form. The Parsedown language can be used to format the text.

  • Summary of Changes
    Describes the changes made to this particular revision of the data.
