Edit Game Info
Open the "Edit Game Info" form.
Change Game Logo
Change the logo used on the game's main page.
Send Game to Recycle Bin /
Retrieve Game from Recycle Bin
Send the game data to the Recycle Bin to delete the changes. Published game will be unaffected. If already in the Recycle Bin, this will retrieve the data and re-assign it to the current contributor.
View Published Game
View currently published game information. Disabled when adding a new game.
Send Game To Publishing Queue / Publish Game Immediately
Send the game data to the Publishing Queue once all changes to the game are complete. If you have publishing privileges, you can publish the game data immediately.
Go to Publishing Queue
Navigate to the Publishing Queue page.
Return to Main Admin Page
Navigate back to the main menu.
Game Name
Name of the game. This is the text used to link to the game page from tournaments and listings.
Acronym
Used in search and autocomplete functionality as an additional way to return this game in its results.
Release Date
The release date of the finished game, or the initial public release of the early access, alpha or beta version if the game is unfinished.
Role Title
If the game has designated player roles, such as factions, characters, or positions, this will set the title of those roles.
Genre
The genre of the game. Used for organizing games by genre.
Description
The description of the game. This is used to supplement the information on the game in paragraph form. The Parsedown language can be used to format the text.
Hide Game
Indicates whether or not the game is hidden on the site. Hidden games are not viewable in the public areas of the site, and is excluded from calculations. Useful for hiding duplicate games and malicious additions, and can be made visible again if need be.
Summary of Changes
Describes the changes made to this particular revision of the data.
If the game has designated player roles, you can add or modify the game roles in this form. When selecting players for tournament earnings, you can select the roles listed here. Players can also have default roles set for the game to streamline the addition of tournament earnings.
Role (or Role Title if text is set)
The name of a new role to add.
(Remove from Game Roles)
This will delete the respective game role.
If a game has players that have contributed to the competitive scene of this game in a meaningful way, they can be added here to highlight their contribution.
Player
The player associated with a notable contribution. Click on
Select Player... to open the Player Selection Box where you can search for and select a player.
Attributes
The contribution the player has made to the competitive scene. Check all boxes that apply for that player.

This will delete the respective notable player.
