The "Event Info" tab summarizes the event data and events associated with the event.
Edit Event Info
Open the "Edit Event Info" form.
Change Event Logo
Change the logo used on the event's main page.
Send Event to Recycle Bin /
Retrieve Event from Recycle Bin
Send the event data to the Recycle Bin to delete the changes. Published event will be unaffected. If already in the Recycle Bin, this will retrieve the data and re-assign it to the current contributor.
View Published Event
View currently published event information. Disabled when adding a new event.
Send Event To Publishing Queue / Publish Event Immediately
Send the event data to the Publishing Queue once all changes to the event are complete. If you have publishing privileges, you can publish the event data immediately.
Go to Publishing Queue
Navigate to the Publishing Queue page.
Return to Main Admin Page
Navigate back to the main menu.
Event Name (short)
Short-hand and possibly abbreviated name of the event. This is the text used in event listings to link to the event page.
Event Full Name
Full name of the event, including the title sponsor if applicable. This is used as the header for the event page. Since most events - especially smaller online cups - don't usually have any fancy titles, this may be the same as the short event name.
Show Dates
In event listings, determines if tournament dates should be shown.
League
Determines which league the event is associated with.
Description
The description of the event. This is used to supplement the information on the event in paragraph form. The Parsedown language can be used to format the text.
Hide Event
Indicates whether or not the event is hidden on the site. Hidden events are not viewable in the public areas of the site, and is excluded from calculations. Useful for hiding duplicate events and malicious additions, and can be made visible again if need be.
Summary of Changes
Describes the changes made to this particular revision of the data.
The References tab allows you to view and modify references that provide evidence of the data's legitimacy.
Reference URL
The webpage on which evidence of the event's results and prize money has been published. Event references are used to associate a reference with every tournament automatically.
Reliable Source?
Indicates whether or not the provided reference can be considered reliable.
A read-only list of all the tournaments associated with this event.
