QoL Additions and Bug Fixes

I've added a new quality-of-life feature to the tournament form. The player selection pop-up will now display two different lists before you search for players: "Top Game Earnings" shows the top 25 highest earning players in the selected game for the tournament, and "Last Selections" shows the last 25 players selected for the selected game by the contributor. The latter should allow you to quickly select players you've selected recently and avoid having to perform another search, and you will have a separate list for every game and it will be unique for every contributor. Tournament Form Changes

• Added the "Last Selections" and "Top Game Earnings" listings for the purpose of player selection
• Player search results will now only be updated if the results matches the respective search term
• Player search results will now include the search term used to return the results to show that the list was updated
• Fixed a bug that prevented teams without associated earnings from being selected
