Expanding Country Data And New Optimizations

I'm pleased to announced an expansion to the country data is now online. Previously, the country data was limited to filtering player earnings by country. Now the country data has been expanded to include top games and top tournaments, as well as a listing for female players by country.

I've also implemented several optimizations behind the scenes, including a significantly faster recalculation process whenever new data is published. Since any new data published while the recalculation was happening has to wait until it finishes, there would be a delay of several minutes before that data would go through and the recalculation happens all over again. That recalculation now only takes half-a-minute to complete.

You may also have noticed that selecting players for tournament results is significantly faster. This optimization has been active for a while and took a long time to implement, but serves as a foundation for future optimizations and tools to help with data entry. More coming in the future.
