"Data With Issues" Is Now Online

I implemented a new feature to help manage data entries and detect issues with them. It was originally suggested by tmv23 as a way to manage team entries, but as it was being developed, I saw the potential to other data on the site.

In this current iteration, I have it set to detect simple things like missing results, duplicate (same name) entries, and long names on tournament and team data. Other issues will be detected in the future as I figure out how to detect them, and the other data types like games and leagues will be supported in the future.

This was also going to be rolled out as part of a much larger update to the site, but unfortunately it's been taking me too long to put together. Instead, I've decided to deploy individual features so that they can be put to use as soon as possible, even if those features only have partial functionality. The larger update I had planned had features that intertwined and complemented each other, hence the partial functionality. Hopefully this will make things easier to update.
