Australia introduced new cigarette sales rules. Now cigarettes of all brands will be distributed necessarily in standardized packs without company logos. But many customers can buy cheap cigarettes in australia with this logo of the brand.

Their only “decoration” will be health warnings - naturalistic images of diseases that await nicotine lovers. By its decision, the Australian authorities called on other countries to think about the fight against smoking.

According to the Attorney General of Australia, Nicola Roxon, "Tobacco is the only legally sold product in the country that kills people."

The world's leading tobacco concerns dissatisfied with this situation - Japan Tobacco International, British American Tobacco, Imperial Tobacco and Philip Morris - filed a lawsuit in which they argued that the new rules contradicted their constitutional right to property.

Australia has already made it clear: there is no talk of a total smoking ban - this can only be a matter for future generations. A complete ban on smoking today exists in only one state - the Buddhist Kingdom of Bhutan in the Himalayas.
